Dyform Compacted Rope
Grade 1770 N/mm, IPS, Galvanized according to BS 443-82
Steel Core and Fiber Core
Attributes of compacted ropes compared
to conventional rope:
- Excellent resistance to crushing and abrasion thus reducing wear on the pulley and rope.
- Improve rope fatigue life due to wider internal contact area.
- Higher breaking load to weight ratio. Size for size over conventional rope.
- Improve diameter stability. Better resistance to deformation under radial pressure.
- Increased modulus. Reduced constructional rope elongation.
